General

Your account

How do I reset or change my Lenstag password?

If you forgot it: on the sign in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter the email address on your account, and we will send you a reset link. The link expires after one hour. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and make sure you entered the address you registered with. You can also request one directly from the password reset page.

If you know it and want a new one: go to Settings and use Change password. You will need your current password, and the new one must be at least 8 characters. We email you a confirmation whenever your password changes.

If you created your account with Google and have never set a password, you will see Set a password instead. See the next question.

I signed up with Google. Do I have a password?

Not until you set one. Google accounts sign in with the Continue with Google button on the website and in both apps. You can keep doing that forever.

Setting a password is optional, but it unlocks two things: signing in with email and password as a fallback, and changing the email address on your account (which requires a password to confirm). Go to Settings and choose Set a password. Transferring gear to someone else also asks for your password, so set one before you try that.

How do I change the email address on my account?

Go to Settings and choose Change email. Enter the new address twice and confirm with your account password.

For security, changing your email signs you out everywhere. We send a 6 digit verification code to the new address; enter it on the verification screen and then sign back in with the new email. The code expires 15 minutes after it is sent, and you can request a new one from the same screen.

If your account was created with Google and has no password, your email is managed by Google. Either update it in your Google account and sign in again, or set a password in Settings first and then change the email here.

I did not get the verification code or reset email.
  1. Check your spam or junk folder, and any "Promotions" or "Updates" tabs. Mail from Lenstag comes from an @lenstag.com address.
  2. Double check the address you entered. A typo in your email at sign up is the most common cause.
  3. Wait a minute. Delivery is usually instant but can occasionally lag.
  4. Request a new one. Verification codes can be resent from the verification screen after a short cooldown; password reset links can be requested again from the sign in screen.

Verification codes expire after 15 minutes and reset links after one hour, so use the most recent email we sent. Still stuck? Write to support@lenstag.com from the address you signed up with.

How do I change the name on my account?

In the iOS and Android apps, open Settings and edit the Name field under Account. It saves as soon as you finish typing. Your name is used on emails we send you and as a default on document templates.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@lenstag.com from the address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. Please mention whether you have an active Lenstag Pro subscription so it can be cancelled first; subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play need to be cancelled by you in those stores (see managing your subscription).

If any of your gear is currently flagged stolen, tell us whether you want it to stay in the public stolen registry after the account is gone.

Registering and verifying gear

How do I register my camera or lens on Lenstag?

Choose Add gear, then:

  1. Brand and model. Start typing and pick from the suggestions. The list covers most cameras, lenses and accessories, and picking a suggestion keeps the spelling consistent so stolen gear searches match.
  2. Serial number. Type it exactly as printed on the item, or use the camera button next to the field to photograph the serial plate and let Lenstag read it for you. If you use a photo, it is also submitted as your verification photo, so the item goes straight to Pending.
  3. Notes and documents (optional). Add purchase details, and attach receipts, warranty cards or proof of purchase. Documents are private to your account.

New items without a photo start as Unverified. The next step is verification.

Free accounts can register up to 9 items. Lenstag Pro removes the limit.

What do Unverified, Pending, Verified, Stolen and Archived mean?

Unverified You added the item but have not submitted a serial number photo yet. Unverified gear is on your list, but it cannot be reported stolen or transferred.

Pending Your photo has been submitted and is waiting for review. Nothing else is needed from you.

Verified The serial number in your photo matched what you typed. Verified gear can be reported stolen, transferred to another owner, and is what the public stolen registry trusts.

Stolen You reported the item stolen. It appears in the public registry and anyone checking its serial is warned. Editing the report or marking it recovered is done from the item.

Archived Hidden from your gear list. Use this for gear you sold outside Lenstag or no longer own. Archiving does not delete anything.

How do I verify my camera or lens on Lenstag?

Open the item and choose Submit for verification, then take or upload a clear photo of the serial number on the item itself. Fill the frame with the serial, keep it in focus, and make sure every character is readable. You can add a short description for the reviewer, for example where the serial is located or if part of it is worn.

Verification is reviewed by a person, not a script. Each photo is checked for typos, that the number in the photo matches what you typed, and that it really is the item's serial number. Reviews usually take a day or two. You will get an email when the item is approved, or explaining what to fix if it is not.

Tip: registering and verifying before anything happens matters. Verified gear can be flagged stolen in seconds, while an unverified item stolen today still has to be verified first, and by then it may already have been sold.

My verification was rejected. Why, and what now?

The usual reasons are:

  • The photo is blurry, dark, or the serial is cut off.
  • The serial in the photo does not match the one you typed (often a single wrong character, or letter O versus digit 0).
  • The photo shows a different number, such as a model number, a lens filter size, or a box label rather than the item.
  • The photo is of a receipt or screenshot instead of the item.

Fix the serial if it was typed wrong, then submit a new photo. The item returns to Pending and goes back in the review queue. If you think the rejection was a mistake, reply to the email you received or contact support@lenstag.com.

How do I add a photo, notes, documents or purchase details to an item?

Open the item from your gear list. From there you can set or change its photo, add dated notes, and attach documents (PDF or images, up to 20 MB each). Purchase date, price, location, warranty and current value live on the Value page, where you can also export your whole inventory as a PDF or spreadsheet for insurance, a police report, or a sale.

Notes and documents are private to your account. They are never shown in the public stolen registry.

How do I remove gear I no longer own? Can I undo an archive?

If you sold it to another Lenstag user, transfer it so the record follows the item. Otherwise open the item and choose Archive. Archived gear disappears from your list and no longer counts toward the free limit, but the record is kept.

To restore an archived item, email support@lenstag.com with the brand, model and serial number and we will put it back on your list.

Transferring gear

How do I transfer my camera or lens to someone else on Lenstag?

Only Verified items can be transferred. Open the item, choose Transfer, enter the new owner's email address twice, and confirm with your password.

  • If they already have a Lenstag account under that email, the item moves to their account immediately. You both get a confirmation email.
  • If they do not, we email them a claim link that stays valid for 30 days. They need to create an account (or sign in) using that same email address and then open the link. Until they claim it, the item stays on your account. If the link expires, just start the transfer again.

The item keeps its verified status, photos and serial history. Your private notes and documents stay with the record, so remove anything you do not want the new owner to see before transferring.

You cannot transfer gear to your own email address, and accounts that sign in only with Google need to set a password first.

Someone is transferring gear to me. How do I claim it?

You will get an email from Lenstag with the item and a Claim this gear link. Create a Lenstag account using the exact email address the transfer was sent to (or sign in if you already have one), then open the link. The link works for 30 days and can only be used once.

If you see "You must sign in as the invited email", you are signed in with a different address. Sign out and sign in with the one the email was sent to, or ask the sender to redo the transfer to your preferred address.

Stolen gear

How do I report a camera or lens stolen on Lenstag?

Open the item and choose Report stolen. Describe what happened and anything identifying about the item (stickers, scratches, what was in the bag with it), and add the last known location if you have it. Submit, and the item switches to Stolen right away.

Only Verified items can be flagged. If the item was still unverified when it was taken, submit it for verification now with whatever you have (a receipt showing the serial, a photo from before it was stolen) and mention in the description that it has been stolen so it can be prioritised.

Also file a police report. Lenstag helps prevent resale and generates leads, but the police are the ones who can recover the item and act on a tip. The stolen item page on Lenstag is a handy thing to attach to the report.

What happens after I report something stolen?
  • The brand, model, serial number, your description and the location you gave are listed in the public stolen gear registry, and the item's serial is flagged to anyone who checks it on the website or in the apps.
  • Anyone who spots the item (a buyer, a shop, a rental house) can submit a tip from the registry. Tips come to Lenstag support, who pass them along to you.
  • You receive an email confirming the report, and further emails if there is news.
  • You can edit the description or location at any time from the item, and mark it recovered when it comes back.
I got my gear back. How do I clear the stolen flag?

Open the item and choose Mark recovered. You will be asked how you got it back; those notes are stored on your account for your records only and are not shown publicly. The item returns to Verified, it drops out of the public registry, and serial checks stop flagging it.

How can I tell if a camera or lens is stolen?

Search the serial number in the stolen gear registry on the website (no account needed), or use the Check tab in the iOS or Android app, where you can scan the serial with your camera instead of typing it. Partial serials work, so you can search on the first few characters if the rest is hard to read.

No match is good news, but it only means nobody has reported that serial on Lenstag. Always buy used gear from someone who can show proof of ownership, and ask them to transfer the item to you on Lenstag if it is registered.

If you do get a match: do not buy the item, submit a tip from the listing so the owner can be told, and contact local police if you have information about where it is.

I have seen a stolen item for sale. How do I submit a tip?

Open the item in the stolen gear registry (search its serial, then click it) and choose Submit a tip. Tell us where you saw it: a listing link, a shop, a city, anything helps. Adding your contact details is optional, but it lets the owner or police follow up. In the apps, tips are submitted from the results screen after a serial check.

Tips go to Lenstag support, who contact the owner. Thank you; tips are how gear gets recovered.

Lenstag Pro and billing

What does Lenstag Pro include?

Lenstag is free for up to 9 items with monthly alert emails and the core register, verify, transfer and report stolen features. Lenstag Pro is an annual subscription that adds:

  • Unlimited gear. Register your whole kit.
  • Faster alerts. Weekly, daily or instant emails when photos taken with your gear show up online, plus the ability to ignore your own sites.
  • All business document templates. Every contract and release, for every supported country.
  • Priority support. Pro questions go to the front of the queue.

Your plan is tied to your account, not to a device. Upgrade once and it applies on the website and in both apps.

Upgrade to Pro

How do I update my payment method or cancel my subscription?

It depends on where you bought Pro. Settings shows which one applies to you under Lenstag Pro.

  • Card (Stripe) on lenstag.com: Settings, then Manage billing to update your card, or Cancel subscription.
  • PayPal on lenstag.com: Settings, then Cancel subscription. Payment details are changed in your PayPal account.
  • App Store (bought in the iOS app): managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or use Manage Subscription under Billing in the Lenstag app.
  • Google Play (bought in the Android app): managed by Google. Open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, or use Manage Subscription under Billing in the Lenstag app.

Lenstag cannot cancel or refund App Store or Google Play purchases on your behalf; those have to go through Apple or Google. For card and PayPal subscriptions, contact support@lenstag.com if you need help.

Where can I find my invoices?

On the website, Settings shows your transaction history under Lenstag Pro with a PDF download for each payment. In the apps, open Settings, then Billing & Transactions. App Store and Google Play purchases also appear in your Apple or Google purchase history.

I paid for Pro but my account still says Free.
  1. Make sure you are signed in with the same email address you used when you upgraded. Pro follows the account, so a second account will not have it.
  2. If you bought it in the iOS or Android app, open the upgrade screen in that app and tap Restore Purchases. That re-checks your App Store or Google Play purchase and applies it to the signed in account.
  3. Sign out and back in, or reload the website.

Still showing Free? Email support@lenstag.com with your account email and the receipt from Stripe, PayPal, Apple or Google.

Image alerts

What are alerts, and how do I control the emails?

Lenstag continuously scans the web for photos taken with your registered gear, using the camera and lens serial numbers embedded in image files. When your gear shows up somewhere, that is a sighting, and it appears on your Alerts page. Sightings help find stolen gear and also show you where your own photos are being used.

Email frequency is set in Settings under Alerts. Free accounts get a monthly digest; Pro can choose weekly, daily or instant. You can limit alerts to stolen gear only or verified gear only, and list domains to ignore (your own portfolio site, for example). Choosing Never turns the emails off without turning off scanning.

Documents and forms

What are the document templates, and how do I use them?

Documents (called Forms in the apps) is a library of fillable photography business templates: model releases, wedding and portrait contracts, copyright transfers, liability releases, assistant photographer agreements, cease and desist letters, DMCA takedowns and settlements, with versions for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Pick a template, fill in the fields, sign on screen, and export a PDF. You can also send a document to a client or model for their signature by email; they sign from a link without needing a Lenstag account, and you are notified when it is complete. Your own details and frequent clients can be saved so they fill in with one tap.

Some templates are free; the full library is part of Lenstag Pro. The templates are provided as is and are not legal advice. For anything with real money on the line, have a lawyer look at it.

Everything else

What if I have other questions?

Email support@lenstag.com. To get a useful answer on the first reply, include the email address on your Lenstag account, which platform you are using (website, iPhone, Android), and for gear questions the brand, model and serial number. Screenshots are always welcome.

Lenstag has been built and run by one person since 2013, so replies can take a little while, but every message gets read. Pro subscribers get priority.

What information about my gear is public?

Nothing, unless you report an item stolen. Your gear list, photos, notes, documents and value data are private to your account. When you flag an item stolen, its brand, model, serial number, the description and location you entered, and the date reported become visible in the public registry so buyers can check it. Your name and email are never shown; tips reach you through Lenstag support.

The full details are in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Website

How things work at lenstag.com. The general answers apply too; this is where the buttons are.

Finding your way around

What are the icons in the left sidebar?

Hover any icon to see its name. Top to bottom:

  • Gear List your registered items and the actions for each one.
  • Add gear register a new item.
  • Value purchase and insurance details, totals, and PDF or spreadsheet export.
  • Documents fillable business templates and signing.
  • Settings password, email, alerts, and Lenstag Pro billing.
  • Support this page.

The public stolen gear registry is not in the sidebar because it does not need an account; it lives at lenstag.com/stolen.

What do the buttons on each row of the Gear List do?

The buttons change with the item's state, so you only see what applies:

  • Submit for verification shown on Unverified items. Opens the serial photo upload.
  • Report stolen and Transfer shown on Verified items.
  • Manage stolen report shown on Stolen items. Edit the description or location, or mark the item recovered.
  • Archive shown on everything. Hides the item from your list.

Click the thumbnail at the start of a row to open the item's details, where you can change its photo, add notes, and upload documents. Click a serial number to copy it. Column headers sort the list.

Gear on the website

Registering gear on the website

Go to Add gear. Type the brand and pick it from the suggestions; the model field then unlocks with models for that brand. Enter the serial, or click the button beside the serial field and choose a photo of the serial plate (on a phone, this opens your camera). Lenstag reads the number out of the photo; if it finds more than one candidate you pick the right one. That same photo is submitted for verification, so the item is created as Pending rather than Unverified.

You can attach documents (PDF, JPEG or PNG) while adding, or later from the item's details.

Verifying gear on the website

On the Gear List, click the button on an Unverified item. Choose a photo of the serial number (required) and optionally describe where it is on the item, then click Submit for verification. The item switches to Pending while it waits for review.

Reporting stolen, editing the report, and marking recovered on the website

Click the button on a Verified item. A description is required; the last known location is optional and autocompletes as you type (powered by OpenStreetMap). Click Submit report.

Once an item is Stolen, the button opens the report. Edit the description or location and click Save edits, or write how you got it back and click Mark recovered to restore it to Verified.

Transferring gear on the website

Click the button on a Verified item, enter the new owner's email twice, type your password, and click Transfer. See how transfers work for what happens next.

Using the Value page and exporting your inventory

The Value page lists every item with purchase date, price, location, warranty, and current value fields, plus totals and a breakdown by type. Click a row to edit its details. Configure columns lets you choose and reorder which fields are shown, and the layout you save is used for exports.

Export PDF and Export XLSX download your full inventory, which is what insurers and police usually ask for.

Checking a serial number on the website

Open lenstag.com/stolen. You do not need to be signed in. Type a serial (or part of one, or a brand or model) into the search box; results filter as you type. The registry is organised by brand and model, and clicking a serial shows the report details and the tip form.

Account and troubleshooting

Where are password, email, alert and billing settings on the website?

All on the Settings page: alert frequency and filters at the top, then Change password and Change email address, then the Lenstag Pro section with your plan, payment method, cancel and manage billing buttons, and invoice downloads.

Signing in with Google on the website

Use Continue with Google on the sign in or create account page. If you already have a Lenstag account under that Gmail address, Google sign in links to it; you do not get a second account. See Google accounts and passwords for what changes when you sign in this way.

The site keeps signing me out, or something is not loading.
  • Signed out unexpectedly: Lenstag uses cookies to keep you signed in. Browser extensions or privacy settings that block or clear cookies for lenstag.com will sign you out. Changing your email or password also signs out every session on purpose.
  • Buttons do nothing, or pages look broken: hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), try a private window, or another browser. Lenstag supports current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
  • Uploads fail: photos and documents are limited to 20 MB each, and documents must be PDF, JPEG or PNG. Large phone photos usually work; very large scans may need to be shrunk first.
  • Serial photo not read: the reader needs the serial in focus and reasonably straight. You can always just type it.

If it is still broken, email support@lenstag.com with your browser, what you clicked, and a screenshot.

iPhone & Apple Watch

The Lenstag app for iPhone, with an Apple Watch companion. It uses the same account as the website, so anything you do in one place shows up in the other.

Getting started

Where do I get the app, and what does it need?

Search for Lenstag on the App Store. It requires iOS 16.6 or later and runs on iPhone. Sign in with the same email and password (or Google account) you use on the website; there is nothing to set up separately. New users can create an account in the app and will be asked to enter the 6 digit code we email to confirm the address.

What are the tabs along the bottom?
  • Gear List your items. Tap one to open it.
  • Value purchase and insurance details, totals, column setup, and PDF export.
  • Check scan or type a serial to see if it has been reported stolen.
  • Forms document templates, signing, and your address book of clients.
  • Settings account, security, billing, alert preferences, language, and sign out.

Gear in the iPhone app

Registering gear in the app

On Gear List, tap +. Pick the gear type, then start typing the brand and model and choose from the suggestions. For the serial, either type it or tap the viewfinder icon in the serial field to scan it with the camera: point at the serial plate, and the app reads the text on the device (nothing is uploaded for the scan). Tap the correct number if more than one is found. When you scan, the photo is kept and submitted for verification automatically, so the item goes in as Pending.

Verifying, reporting stolen, transferring, recovering and archiving in the app

Everything is done from the item. Tap it in Gear List and use the buttons under its details:

  • Submit for Verification on Unverified items: take a photo or choose one from your library, add an optional note, tap Submit.
  • Report Stolen and Transfer Ownership on Verified items.
  • Mark Recovered on Stolen items. Recovery notes are required and stay private.
  • Change Photo to set the item's picture, and Archive Gear to hide it from your list.

Notes and documents are further down the same screen. Documents are limited to 20 MB each.

Checking a serial number in the app

Open the Check tab and tap Scan Serial Number to read it with the camera, or Manually Enter Serial Number to type it. Text recognition runs on your iPhone; only the serial is sent to Lenstag to search. If the serial has been reported stolen you will see the alert with the report details and can submit a tip. No match means nobody has reported that serial.

The app says it needs camera or photo access.

Scanning serials and taking verification photos need the camera; choosing an existing photo needs photo library access; the stolen report can use your location to fill in where it happened. If you tapped Don't Allow, open the iPhone Settings app, scroll to Lenstag, and turn on Camera, Photos, or Location. Lenstag never accesses your camera or photos except when you are in one of those screens.

Apple Watch

What can the Apple Watch app do?

The watch app shows your gear list and lets you Flag as Stolen or Mark Recovered from your wrist, with a quick pick of preset descriptions or dictated text. It is built for the moment you realise a bag is gone and your phone is in it. Adding, verifying, transferring and everything else stays on the iPhone.

Only Verified items can be flagged, and Archived items cannot be, same as everywhere else. It requires watchOS 11 or later.

The watch shows no gear or says it is not signed in.

The watch gets its sign in from the iPhone app; there is no separate login. Make sure the Lenstag iPhone app is installed, signed in, and has been opened at least once since you installed the watch app. Then open the watch app and tap Refresh, or pull down on the gear list. If the phone is out of range or Bluetooth is off, the watch keeps showing the last list it synced.

Signing out on the iPhone signs the watch out too and clears its cached gear list.

Account, Pro and settings on iPhone

Where are the account settings in the app?

The Settings tab. Account has your name (editable), email and plan. Security has Change Password (or Set Password for Google accounts) and Change Email. Billing shows your plan, payment method and transaction history with invoice downloads. Alerts has the email frequency and filters. You can also pick the app Language, and Sign Out is at the bottom.

Buying, restoring and cancelling Lenstag Pro on iPhone

In the app, Pro is bought as an App Store subscription: tap Upgrade to Lenstag Pro from Settings, Billing, or the prompt you see when hitting the free limit, and confirm with Apple. It is charged to your Apple ID and renews yearly unless you turn off auto renew at least 24 hours before the period ends.

  • Cancel or change: iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Lenstag. The Manage Subscription button under Billing in the app takes you to the same place. Apple handles refunds; Lenstag cannot issue them for App Store purchases.
  • New phone, or Pro missing after reinstalling: open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the Lenstag account you want it applied to.
  • Bought Pro on the website instead? The app shows it as managed on lenstag.com; cancel or update your card from Settings on the website.
The app is not loading, or sign in is failing.
  • Check the App Store for an update; most fixes ship there.
  • Force quit the app (swipe up from the app switcher) and open it again.
  • If sign in fails with the right password, reset it from Forgot password?; if it fails right after you changed your email, you need to verify the new address first.
  • If gear photos are not appearing, pull down on the Gear List to refresh.

Still stuck? Email support@lenstag.com with your iPhone model, iOS version, and the app version shown at the bottom of Settings.

Android

The Lenstag app for Android. It uses the same account as the website, so anything you do in one place shows up in the other.

Getting started

Where do I get the app, and what does it need?

Search for Lenstag on Google Play. It requires Android 8.0 or later. Sign in with the same email and password (or Google account) you use on the website.

In landscape the bar shrinks to icons only.

Gear in the Android app

Registering gear in the app

On Gear List, tap Add Gear. Pick the gear type, then start typing the brand and model and choose from the suggestions. For the serial, type it or tap Scan serial: line the serial plate up in the frame, and the app reads the text on the device.

  • Submit for Verification on Unverified items: take a photo or pick one, add an optional description, tap Submit.
  • Report Stolen and Transfer Ownership on Verified items.
  • Mark Recovered on Stolen items. Recovery notes are required and stay private.
  • Change Photo to set the item's picture (it is centre cropped to a square), and Archive Gear to hide it from your list.

Notes and documents are further down the same screen. Documents are limited to 20 MB each.

Checking a serial number in the app

Open the Check tab and tap Scan Serial Number to read it with the camera, or enter it by hand. Text recognition runs on your phone; only the serial is sent to Lenstag to search. If the serial has been reported stolen you will see the alert with the report details and a Seen this item? Submit a tip button. No match means nobody has reported that serial.

Scanning says camera permission is required.

The scanner needs the camera. Tap Grant Permission when asked. If you previously denied it, open Android Settings, then Apps, then Lenstag, then Permissions, and allow Camera. Picking an existing photo does not need any permission; Android's photo picker handles that.

For a clean scan, make sure the serial is well lit and in focus, and get close for small engraved text.

Account, Pro and settings on Android

Where are the account settings in the app?

The Settings tab. Account has your name (editable), email and plan. Security has Change Password (or Set Password for Google accounts) and Change Email. Billing shows your plan, payment method and transaction history with invoice downloads. Alerts has the email frequency and filters. You can also pick the app Language, and Sign Out is at the bottom.

Buying, restoring and cancelling Lenstag Pro on Android

In the app, Pro is bought as a Google Play subscription: tap Upgrade to Lenstag Pro from Settings, Billing, or the prompt you see when hitting the free limit, and confirm with Google Play. It renews yearly unless you cancel.

  • Cancel or change: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Lenstag. The Manage Subscription button under Billing in the app takes you there. Google handles refunds; Lenstag cannot issue them for Play purchases.
  • New phone, or Pro missing after reinstalling: open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the Lenstag account you want it applied to, using the same Google account you bought it with.
  • Bought Pro on the website instead? The app shows it as managed on lenstag.com; cancel or update your card from Settings on the website.
The app is not loading, or sign in is failing.
  • Check Google Play for an update; most fixes ship there.
  • Swipe the app away from Recents and open it again.
  • If sign in fails with the right password, reset it from Forgot password?; if it fails right after you changed your email, you need to verify the new address first.
  • If Google sign in does nothing, make sure Google Play services is up to date and that the Google account you are choosing is the one on your Lenstag account.
  • If gear photos are not appearing, pull down on the Gear List to refresh.

Still stuck? Email support@lenstag.com with your phone model, Android version, and the app version shown at the bottom of Settings.
